Babysitting Fees?

I am a nanny for 1 child and my daughter 12 helps me out a great deal. I was wanting to pay her for her services, but not sure how much?

You could give her 15 percent of what you get paid for sitting.  I know I would love that when I was 12 and that could be her allowance.

I have a 13 year old, I think that they are happy with just about anything, since they can't get another job until they are older!  If she isn't aware that you want to pay her for helping, than probably a small portion of what you make is good enough!  She will probably be tickled pink!

We pay our Nanny £8 an hour ($16) for baby sitting and £10 an hour at weekends. However she is not 12! If you can afford it, how about half of this?
