  1. i used to use bach rescue remedy to help me when i was stressed and unable to unwind. i seemed to help me. although i do wonder whether it was the alcohol in it that calmed me down as opposed to the other 'active' ingredients.

  2. It's based on homeopathic ideas that

    a: water has a memory

    and

b: diluting a substance makes it stronger

For some reason they decided that "like cures like" was too ridiculous, even for them.

Whatever, it's just a scam. Avoid.

  3. yeah i have tried the pastels , spay & drops and i found they worked really well for me and are good for getting rid of nervous, stress, shock & fear i think they really work i have took it for years now and helps things like exams or if you are in shock about something and yeah they are fairly expensive but i would say it is worth it

  4. There are a number of Bach Flower essences- Rescue remedy is one of them - it is a mixture of Rock Rose,Impatiens,Clematis,Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum.

Try and get yourself a reference book about them.

Deciding on a particular essence can sometimes be tricky as many of them cover some of the same symptoms.

  5. Interesting reading.  I have had all the flowers mentioned in my garden at one time. The inability of not being able to sleep is a nightmare which then leads to tiredness which can make you anxious and when your drained leads to low confidence.  So surely in theory if we get more sleep we should have a clearer head to become more rational and confident.

  6. I have used it for anxiety. As helpful as it is at first, for myself, I found that I had to take more of it to feel it's effectiveness. I also found it to work better when undiluted.

  7. I am a great sucker for anything alternative and avoid doctors like the plague,so I should be recommending the stuff,but..............to be honest,it never did a thing for me.

No harm in trying, though. At least  you won't suffer any side effects. Don't let me put you off and be your own judge.

  8. yes Ihave used many times, it's a bit expensive but worth it. I also used it with my pet rats who have anxiety often. They sleep well , and so might you . If I remember correctly you will have to possibly boil the alcohol out like microwave it for a few seconds, this will make it taste better and no so harsh on your stomach..Good luck AND TAKE IT EASY BREATH DEEP, AND DONT SWEAT THE SMALL STFF OR THINGS YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER

  9. i use them to help me fall asleep at night from insomnia but i still prefer marijuana.

  10. Yes, i tried rescue remedy lots when i was a teenager doing exams

Did absolutely nothing for me or any of my friends- was a bit of a craze for awhile in our final year. My personal experience, it was a lot of money for a similar affect to a nice cup of tea.

    pants, dont waste your money

if you really need de-stressing- i reckon the results are unnoticeable

attack the cause of stress, not try and mask it with snake oil and paltry herbal nonsense- a chamomile plant has been more tested and achieved better results- dont waste your money
