Back pain?? need help?

I gave my cousin a piggy back ride yesterday and now my back hurts really bad.The lower part and the middle part. My spine hurts a little to.

You need to rest your back for a few days. Take some ibuprofin if you're tolerant of it. Also, use an ice pack. 20 min on then 20 min off. Make sure you rest. Take care!
