Back pain question anatomy ?

was wondering hope you understand my question .always wanted to know ,when my low back hurts if someone puts pressure on my back i feel needles pain and feels numb sometimes ,i dint have bones problems ,so what causes that pain sensation ? muscles ?nerves? or what is going on in there anatomy speaking what is happening can surgery relief that pain on the muscles or nerves? just wondering thanks

sounds like a pinched nerve..but you're not gonna find ur answer on here..go see a doctor!

Totally agree...is probably a pinched nerve. My husband had similar symptoms and had a herniated disc in his lower back. Surgery solved the problem...see a doc, pref a neurologist/neurosurgeon...
