i am currently 5,9 and weight almost 9 stone!!!! i feel so bloody disgusting i can barely look at myself somedaysif i fast today (As it restarts your metabolism) and then eat only raw fruit and veg for a week and then only fruit, veg fish and white meat and eggs for the second weekplus doing an hours running a day will i get back down to my usual 8 to 8.5 stone i know this isnt entirely healthy but i miss being able to see my bones and i really want to shed this awful fat before collegeany help would be greatly appreicatedps .. please please dont lecture me
