Back to school sales week

Question

Usually most store have a super cheap back to school sales week. Where they sales school stuff for super cheap. This year school starts on Sept. 2 / 2008. So when is the back to school stationary sales week? It should be around the week before the school starts, but I am not sure, who can tell me the answer??? (Canada)
