I am looking for a vendor who can perform these checks as part of the hiring process.

1. Criminal

2. Credit

3. Education

4. Experience

Someone, who can turn around these checks within 72 hours.

In Alberta, the criminal record check is done at your local police detachment, the turnaround time is different at each detachment. As far as Education and Experience, these are things that the new employer should be checking after you supply the information and references. Not sure why the employer need a credit check or where you would get that information. Sorry.
