Bad sore throat :(?

go to the docter and he will prescribe medicine if it has been

going on for too long

go to a pharmacy and buy saline nasal spray if your nose starts getting stuffy

it might go away on its own

my husband garggles with part peroxide and water. the peroxide kills the infection, read the bottle for directions

Gargle with hot water with salt. Do not drink pop soda & any cold drinks, take guava tea. Refrain from talking for a day or two.
