Bad tuner on F27680gy

Question

I can hear sound but see no picture. I am guessing the picture tube has gone bad. This TV has two tuners and a repairman once told me that if the first tuner ever goes, I can switch tuners. The user manual does not mention this. Do you know how I can switch tuners to make the other one primary?
