  1. Well, get to class at least 20 minutes earlier than the time you start, and go through a warm-up....do the splits, touch your toes, the straddle splits and the butterfly and frog stretches, hold all of these for two-three minutes each...GOOD LUCK!

  2. Heres the website that will have your splits down in 3 weeks...trust me it works!! and you can check out the rest of the website as well they have good tips for dancing!!

  3. have a one hour class each day that you make the combinations for. just practice so it won't be like OW when you get back to ballet.

  4. just be happy with where you're at just stretch and practice and you'll get there =^..^=

  5. All you can do is keep stretching every which way you can and watch your diet. Practice your plies and tendus. Do some running or any cardio, so you can prepare your heart for the regiment if it's going to be hard one. You can't really know what to do till the teacher tells you what is in his/her itinerary.

  6. make sure you are on time, and are in the appropriate uniform

splits: stretch every day, and dry to go a little bit closer to the ground every day.

to get your body prepared, start excercising alot more, about as much as you would be doing in the dance class, but do it gradually.

    good luck!! :)
