Band + Ear INfecion?

I have a band concert tomorrow and I rele wanna play but i have a severe inner an outer ear infection. I play alto saxophone. Will this hurt my ear?

  1. well probably not since it is an infection, and not like a eardrum problem, i would take caution to this though im not sure what else u can do.
