Banged Elbow :( :( :(?

Question

Ok ,7 mins ago i Walked outta my room to go to the bathroom When i opened the door i Banged the outside Of my elbow Really hard! It hurt soo bad for 2 mins or so...my vein is popped up and the bruise looks like its turning Black :(...Hurts to push on it ...Nothing is broken,as i can see still moveable,but very sore :(...anything you suggest that might help ,It feel better,Or anything SimilarHappen to you?

I would suggest some advil for the pain. Some ice to make it numb and to keep the swelling down. Keep it elevated so the blood keeps flowing.

Put ice on it & elevate it.  Hurts like crazy!!!
