Banned Member Accident?

A member of my Yahoo Group was banned, but I didn't make the ban and I am the only admin/mod. What happened?

It can occur when someone is trying to reset a bouncing member because there's a button next to the reset bouncing member button that says, "Ban Member".

To take someone off being banned go to the "Members" section of your group's homepage and click on the section that says, "Ban".  Then it will open to a list that shows those who have been banned.  Look for the member information of the person banned and then click on "Unban".  They will then get a notice saying that their e-mail has been unbanned from the list.

you'll want to look at management- under group activity click moderator activity- see who banned the member-

you wont want to unban that person unless you know for sure it was a mistake-

more than likely someone with the priviledge banned them, and you'll need to speak with that person first to see why they did.
