  4. I agree with Dane on this one: they got your attention, late night infomercial style. I would save my money for some solid, time-tested lure patterns if I were you.

  5. Be careful with those "triggers genetic response!", or the "so effective it's been banned from tournaments in three states!" type lures. It's mostly hype, a sales pitch! You notice they never say which state(s). Why not tell which state?, because it's not true! Be careful when buying those lures. They may not be the best quality and may not be easy to return or get a replacement if found defective. I'm not saying the Bite lite is no good, the Kicktail was endorsed by the NAFC.
