Banner with Link box on myspace?

Question

i want a link box next to a banner i made on myspace.

i know how to make the html code that can take you back to another site through a picture but how do you get the link in a scrolling box without the picture popping up in it?

^^like in this profile if you scroll down to the who i'd like to meet part it says please support us and i link in a box.

i want to know how you get the link in the box like that.
