The guy is a complete liability - whether he made contact or not, he clearly tried to.  Given he was really let off the hook the last time, and he's apologised etc, this time they should throw the book at him, contact or not.  Someone is going to get hurt, and they will then sue the AFL for acting irresponsibly.

Mind you, what was Wakelin playing at?  He admitted falling over to try and get a free kick.  Play acting is the lowest of the low, and in some codes would have resulted in a yellow card, and he should get a summons from the tribunal too.

And surprise, surprise, Roos had no comment because he didn't see the incident.  Again.  The man really needs specs I think

The Swans played Collingwood last night and he was getting aggro there too and there was one incident where he looked like he hit a Collingwood player but I think that player possibly faked it a bit.  He was so frustrated last night as he wasn't getting the ball and he was in a bad mood and I was glad when he was taken off the ground for a while.   He didn't help us at all giving away around 4 or 5 free kicks in the early part of that match.  Maybe he is getting old and cranky???

I wouldn't call him a legend, but he is a good player. That punch he did was good, but it was totally unfair and unnecessary.
