Bc firework laws?

Hi i live in south surry, bc and i was wondering what areas are you allowed to possess/light fireworks and what areas you are allowed top just buy them. i heard that vancouver your allowed them and you can buy them there is this true? if so what areas can i buy them or what stores that are near vancouver/surrey/burnaby or anywhere thats kinda close

i luv fireworks also any stores you can buy them at all year round??? so i dont have to wait till halowewen

Not allowed to have them. But if you do the law isn't enforced. They have several fireworks stands in the country. None in the cities.
