Beading question? and Ideas..?

Hi everyone! I need some fun and easy ideas for earings and necklaces. esp. ones with bendy wire and chunky purple beads. I need jewelry inspiration. websights help.

I shop at micheals and walmart. tusen tak. (thats norwegien for athousand thanks.)

Since you shop at Michaels, try their website.  In the beads category there are links to customer made projects, tips on how to, suggestions, ideas with photos so you can see some of the things that you can make.  In store, they have instruction sheets that are posted through out the store that are freebie patterns, (with supply lists).  You might also try a local bookstore or library, and just browse through the books for ideas.  Definitely play with them, sometimes things you hadn't planned look really cool.

Do a lot of playing with the beads and wire. Get used to the feel and the knot bending. Make a lot of trial pieces as well. All this can give inspiration as you learn different techniques. I also visit a lot of bead shops, craft fairs, or wherever else I think beadwork may be. This always gives me different ideas. Eventually you will learn lots of different ideas and techniques and be able to creat your own style...happy beading!!
