Beauty pageant invitation!?

Question

I got a letter from National Miss Teen Richmond saying I'm eligible to compete in their 2008 competition. Now, I've never even HEARD of this, but it says I was "referred as a possible candidate who may enjoy modeling in front of an audience, blah blah" So has anyone else heard of it? I might want to try it, but I wanna make sure it's legit.

Also, is this one of those things where everyone and their mother gets invited to go, but only a select few are actually in the pageant? Any help would be great!

no, i get those too they're kinda like spam some how they get your info and keep sending you the invites.

well huny to be honest i haven hurd of it either....welk u knw what look it up the net that wud help u....n hmm if u r willing to be a part of it ...i wud say just dont go on random conclusions...but check the entire bcaground..all the best

My sister, me and my DAD get those things all the time!

We get them because my sister used to be in gymnastics, and they recruit the gymnist because they think that the girls will want to be in them, or something.

I've never done one of those pagents, ever.

I think they send them to a lot of people.
