I'm taking a gap this year and am very interested in doing a lot of snowboarding and hopefully getting some sort of instructor qualification. I've been snowboarding for a couple of years now and am probably at intermediate level( i think :S)- i can links turns quite easily on red runs and can go down black runs(if i have to-i still get scared). Apparently my 'technique' is good but the thing about my riding which stands out to me is that im juist not that fast!!!I learnt how to snowboard in dry slope(which sucks) but its all`there is where i live so am also a bit worried wether i'll be good enough on snow seeing as ive only been on it a couple off times. Anyways anyone got any recomendations about what company to go with? Do people usually go on their own and just make new friends there? I thik i'd want to do 11 weeks or something so i get on snow for longer :)!Thanks for reading...any advice appretiated!
