Bedroom Decorations?

So im moving and forever i have had a multi colored flower room that i share with my sis!! im 14 and i hate it... so luckily in this new house i get my own room :) I want it to look classy and sophisticated... i think im getting dark brown furniture and i want this bed set with chocolate brown sheets http://www.amazon.com/Chocolate-Hotel-Collection-Comforter-Bedding/dp/B000K9PQ8C/ref=pd_sim_k_2

My question is what color do you think i should paint my room... iim scared that brown would be too dark but white would be too plain... what do you suggest?

Try turquise, lighter green, purple or pink. All those colors look good with brown.

Have fun with your room! I know I did when I moved cause it was  like I could start over fresh and new!
