Bedroom redecorating...?

Question

I want to redecorate my room, and I'd love some ideas...

-I'm 14

-I'm a girl

-I love purple, blue, green, and Tiffany box blue(you know what I mean, right?) is probably my favorite color.

-I'm really outdoorsy, I play tennis, I kayak, ride horses, play hockey, play soccer...all kinds of stuff.

-I live in Montana

-I love Hello Kitty lol

-I also love acting and singing

Any ideas on stuff to buy, or anything? If you have any questions, just ask me. Thanks sooo much in advance if you can help me!

well wat bout a fun sports themed bedroom.....

furniture is your choice or you'd need to attach a pic of your room for me to help w/ that...but

i can help with paint and decorations.......k so i was thinking different sized stripes of blue green and purple cause u like those colors....or checker board type would be nice too....and then u can add shelves to display some personal items that u have or related to the sports u like....one shelf each on 2 opposite walls....could put your bed in one corner diagonally so the sides are NOT touching the walls .....and maybe a neat collage of things u love surrounding your bed....would look totally awesome..that's how my friend's wall is ..looks great

I would go to Target or PBteen they have some great storage items and lots of bedroom accessories that come in bright colors and themes so everything matches (something I love to do) Oh and Target has some great Hello Kitty products for bedrooms and bathrooms such as Lamps and Rugs!

If you have a small room, paint it white. I know this sounds boring but trust me, it will make it look HUGE. It will look awesome when done.

You can use your favourite colours for pillows and accents (picture frames, rugs, fabric on desk chair, maybe even furniture?).

They have some really cool outdoorsy bedspreads you may like. Look at their curtains, rugs and Pretty Little Things as well.

For storage, get a book shelf. Do not get one that is short and wide though, get one that is slim and tall for better space use. You can fill the shelf with Hello Kitty stuff and singing/acting things like CDs or DVDs. Whatever you want. You can also put sports related items here, and, of course, books.

Get a fun bedspread, fun pillows, plain curtains with the shiny bead things in front.

If your furniture is big and bulky, replace it with more contemporary, modern, sheek, smaller pieces. Paint them if you want to match one of your accent colours.

Don't use a headboard on your bed. Or a baseboard. It will save SO much room.

Also, if you can, put your bed against a wall. This way you can stack your bed with awesome pillows.

To personalize your new room use those frames you got before and start taking some cool pictures of nature, friends, family and even pets.
