Before school starts!!?

Question

Right under my lip I have 3 pimples! It used to be 1 Btu then another one came and another! And they are all below my bottom lip. First tell me how I can get rid of them with something from home [nothing i have to buy like proactive or something] before August 25! And tell me why I am getting them there and how to keep it away.

a cheaper way to get rid of the bumps i by puting tooth paste on bumps it going tingle/hurt a litle but its doing its job let it stay on till dry the whip it off with a damp rag repeat till its time to go to school morning and then at night
