Being a forein exchange student?

Question

I got a couple questions:

1.My main concern is do you have at least some choice in where you get to go...country, state? I really wanna go to harlow, U.K. cos i have a friend there, and i already speak english so i'd be perfect. Dot hey just randomly pick where you go, or do you get to pick?

2.do you gotta have straight A's? I have mostly A's, B's, and one C last semester but im not sure if its higher this year, would this be good enough?

3. Does it cost me anything?

If you could also list some good websites with some info that wuld be greatly appreciated please and thank you ! :)

I've been looking for months...and yes you do have a choice on what country you want to go to...im not sure the cost...but im pretty sure you have to have pretty good grades i believe you will qualify...sorry that's all i no...but ill keep you posted
