Belgium questions!?

In terms of Energy, Is Belgium a self-sufficient or dependent?

Are there any natural vegetation/forests that are available for development? Is there a recent discovery and/or exploration of a natural resource?

Belgium is self-sufficient with electricity, but not oil or natural gas.  Much of their energy is imported.

The Ardennes Forest is heavily wooded and can be developed if Belgium chooses to do so.

I don't know of any recent discoveries or exploration of natural resources,
