Can anyone tell me what kind of benefits are you entitled to when you have a child and your partner works??

  1. you could get income support if your parneter works less than 16 hours a week, that will be about 200pound every 2weeks. You could claim child benifit thats about 50pounds a week you will also get child tax credit which is 20pounds a week. hope that helps
