Benefits of the marijuana....??

Question

I'm doing a chemistry project on the benefits of marijuana in small doses, but because it has chemistry involved I need what chemichals does it contain, I only found some sites where it says thses chemichals r harmfull etc etc, not specific details

Can u help me if u know more or u can direct me 2 a site

No one knows what exactly the therapeutic component of Marijuana really is. Most suspect that it's the psychoactive part, the THC. But in trials of THC for chemotherapy-induced nausea/vomiting, there was no greater benefit than standard anti-nauseants. So we think that it may be a placebe effect. Patients THINK it will (or should) work, and so they report that it does. Cannabis has been reported, anecdotally but not in strict trials, to help in a number of conditions. But again, there aren't many good, strict studies to support these claims. And again, no one is sure which or the many thousands of chemicals, or which combinations of these chemicals, could be exerting an effect. And finally, Cannabis has soporific and anxiety-reducing effects. In the long run, that may be its  only benefit. Again, that goes in the category of a placebe effect.

no .. but i see there is no benefits of mary jane....i would be happy if they would make all that smoke it, use it , sell it go to prison reats of their lives... unless the doctor uses it at his office with cancer patients... but thats not for them at hime use..
