I am traveling to Paris at the end of the month, how can I get there without a car?

From Paris you must take a train to Compiègne (16 miles west) or  Soissons (10 miles east) and then take a taxi.

To Compiègne, there are trains leaving from Paris Gare du Nord all day, which take 40 to 70 minutes. The price is 12.80 €.

To Soissons there are trains leaving from Gare du Nord in Paris all day, every 50 to 90 minutes. The trip takes about 1hr10 and costs 15.30 €.

If you meant to go to Paris FROM Berny, then I'm sure you can find someone to help you get a taxi or to drop you off at the Soissons or Compiègne train station.
