Besan powder?

besan powder is 13 days expired, can i use this powder for cooking purpose now.

yes you can just check no weavels,unlikely but possible!!In future store it in the fridge or even freezer,in an AIRTIGHT container and it will last for a long time,especially from the freezer,you can use it for even 6 months after expiry date!

Besan can be preserved for year, you can be rest assured, you can still enjoy your favourite pakoras. Yummy

Best not to, though if it smells ok to you go for it at your own risk !

If you don't want to waste it, you can use it as a face/body scrub, does wonders for smoothing out your skin.

if you have stored it in refrigerator...then u can use it.....but if u are using it to make pakoras...then ur pakoras might not turn out crisp....besan does not expire for an year if u have not bought the packed company's besan pwoder(which is very refined and contains additives)....if you have pure besan powder (not a branded one).....then use it......if not i would suggest dont use it.

It should be fine esp if it was roasted, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
