Best BBQ restaurant in Detroit?

my family is taking me out to dinner. I want some good bbq..ive been craving it since my trip down south...where would you suggest going? nothing too far from the city, my rents dont like to go to far...thanks

I would reccomend Slows as well, or Pointe Barbecue served at Blue Pointe on East Warren off of Cadiuex.

Do they have any Famous Dave's in Detroit yet?  If so, go there.  It is some good BBQ.
