Best Cell Phone in Your opinion?

I am going to get a new cell phone and I am willing to spend 200 dollars on a Cell phone. Please be available in Canada unless it is a gsm phone with frequencies 850/1900(for rogers).

I personally like the sidekicks. its got a keyboard, internet, email, and a swivel screen. im not sure if it is in Canada though. but surely under $200.
