i'd say ubarn decay primer potion or too faced shadow insurance...they're both good as each other! x

Urban decay primer potion, yes its expensive but it works really well!

When you "think" its out, carefully cut the bottle open and get the rest of the potion out and put it in a sealable container... you get so much out!

I would recommend Urban Decay Primer Potion or Smashbox's Shadow Insurance. They get lots of reviews :)

(1) Urban Decay Primer Potion (though I hate that you can't get ALL the product out, and you got to cut it open and place it into another container)

(2) MAC Paints (comes in different colors, but go with Bare Canvas for a neutral)

(3) MAC Paint Pot (comes in different colors, but Painterly is a neutral that works for me)

If you use one of those in a neutral color, and you want a different (inexpensive) base to make your eyeshadow color POP, use NYX Jumbo Eye/Eyeshadow Pencils.  They come in a variety of colors, and when used as a base, they make your powder eyeshadow super vibrant.  Problem is a few people experience creasing, and it is usually if you have oily lids.  It you have normal-dry lids, you may want to give it a try because it is a FRACTION of the price.

My favourite is Benefit's FY Eye.  I haven't tried too many others but this one is my favourite.

I find that Urban Decay's Primer Potion is amazing. I never get creases, and the colors stay bright/vibrant all day. Pretty cheap for a primer too, I think mine was under $20.
