Best MANCHESTER attractions.....??

Hi guys,

Ok so Ive never been to Manchester..... I was wondering what are the best attractions including clubs (into any music apart from rock n heavy metal) ...... Im going with my boyfriend (were both in early 20's)

I haven't booked my hotel yet..... im booking it around the victoria and picadily station.....

hey...manchester has everything for anyone and it totally depends on your budget and what your in to....there is so much to do...we have loads of museums which most are free. We have a science museum, war museum, art museum you name it we have it...nightlife....rock and indie there is 5th Ave, 42's, SU, footage and more.... Deansgate Locks and Castlefield are very nice but pricey and play main stream, Dance, RnB ect...Printworks has great clubs such as Pure, Opus, Tiger Tiger and Birdcage which play anything from main-stream to RnB, Dance, Trance, Hip-hop and Garage... and the Printworks isnt that far from picadilly station, you could walk it...we have the best shops...The Arndale and Trafford Centre are the best.... your bf might want to visit the COMS or Old Trafford....=p hope this helps

Check out the central tourist office, next to the Town Hall, behind the round Central Library, which is opposite the grand old Midland Hotel. Nearest tram stop St. Peters Square, for info on what's on etc.

Local daily newspaper, the "Manchester Evening News" has main listings.

Plenty of websites to find accommodation to fit your preference eg tripadvisor.com but suggest you consider broadening your choice of locations, as anywhere in the city centre should do.

Wear red (for United!)
