Best Mac? stationary or laptop?

which is the best mac for a 13 year old girl to get? I don't know if i should get a laptop or a stationary laptop? possibly sharing the computer with my mom..... thanks!

get a macbook.you probably want to be mobile right? so get the 2.4Ghz  mid-range macbook

get an imac for now, but for college get a laptop, i would recommend a imac, because apple notebooks have bad specs, except for expensive ones, buy one refurbished from here http://store.apple.com/us/product/FA877L...

or any of the other iMacs, mac mini is bad, mac pro, too much imacs are most popular apple desktop, so u should be happy, plus this one costs as much as new one, but a 320 gb hard drive
