Best Radio Headunit?

Hello. I would like to know of what is the best/ cheapest headunit for my 98 Jetta. I have 4 Kicker KS650 speakers and I would like a headunit that has the option to change bass on it. My current unit, JVC KD LH-1100 does not give that option I believe, but if any one can tell me how to get more bass out of that unit i will keep it in, but otherwise i want to know which unit would be the best for my setup and which can change bass.

you can get a pioneer for about 120 bucks and it'll play cd wma and mp3 and you'll be able control the eq

also sony has some like that for about a bill
