  1. Joeys on Broadway is a good place to relax. Prices not too expensive and atmosphere is good.

Happas (Japanese food) on Robson is also very good. Line up is only bad thing. And can get little pricy since you are ordering so many dishes which are small. But the food is really really good.

For good and inexpensive chinese food I like to go to Aberdeen mall and just eat at the food court. There is surprisingly a lot of things to try that are good. If you find the Shanghainese place there, they make their steamed dumplings fresh when you order (i mean they are not evern wrapped until you order them) and taste better than any expensive restaurant I have ever had them at.

Ramis (Greek) on Kingsway is another great restaurant especialy when you are in the mood for roast lamb. One of my favourite greek places.

  2. Tomokatsu on West Broadway has awesome seafood. I loved the Seven Seas in North Van, but I guess it's closed now. Any little place in Chinatown has pleasant surprises, try the farmers soup and dim sum. Now you made me hungry!
