Best alternative to a computer mouse?

I have a terrible mouse finger, and I am looking for the best mouse alternative for alternate use.

If you go to settings and then to mouse icon there are settings you can adjust so you can be more comfortable. You can make the double click speed slower so it is easier to double click and get to register.

Touch screen, touch pads are also nice.
