i dont know what the other guy's saying

but in terms of from b'dos i have digicel and they give specials intermittently on calls overseas, the best thing to do though is get netspeak from cable & wireless which for $69bds a month(like $35 us) affords you unlimited calls to either the usa and canada or the us and the uk

for $99 you can have unlimited calls to anywhere

you could also by a calling card or use your credit card in a payphone which may ultimately be cheaper...
