  1. Well although I live in Fremantle WA and I consider this the best part of Australia, I will have to be fair and say that if you like cold weather then Notre Dame in Fremantle or the other Perth universities are not for you.

  2. Mels answer is very much true when she says you will get biased answers... however I have a family friend and after doing a lot of research elected to complete her degree in psychology at Melbourne University which has a very good reputation. However I don't know very much about Sydney's universities. It is a fair bit more expensive to live in Sydney but Melbourne Uni is hard to get into their Psychology program... in Melbourne another option is Monash Uni which also has a very very good reputation for psychology. As I said i would not however dismiss sydney's universities.

  3. Yeah melbourne or sydney are better for studying.Either would be good. You might wanna consider the degree you're taking and the institute you wanna go to and compare them.Budget might also have to be consided.Gd luck.

  4. They are both Australia's largest cities with both their own values. I live in Sydney so I will tell you from my view that Sydney offers good studying opportunities with a number of Australia's finest universities located here. However, it is very competitive once you're in the workforce because of the population.

    Good luck.

  5. What are you planning to study? When are you coming?

Melbourne is rather cold in winter. I do however suggest Sydney or Melbourne over the other cities. Be warned you will get ALOT of biased answers on here that will tell you that only xyz city is any good. There is a big rivalry between Sydney and Melbourne but both cities have alot to offer, neither is better.
