I use aularale.com/7002.  It's light and allows my skin to breathe and is concentrated so a little goes a long way.  I suggest that whatever product you choose for moisture, that you also cleanse, tone/freshen from the same line.  Product mixing doesn't give best results.

Dont get nivea liquid moisturiser as it made me break out, and i never break out.

ive been using Simple for years now and am very happy with it. its in boots and superdrug for about £3. it comes in two versions, light and rich hydrating moisturiser. its a white bottle with green lid.  so u pick depending on ur skin type and the current weather. its non perfumed or coloured and tested fopr allergies. it goes on and is absorbed in very quickly. A great buy basically...

I use Dove moisturizer for sensitive skin...I think it's the best.
