kfc, tom and jerrys, sonic, pizza hut, steak and shake, lukalos, subway, quiznos, qudoba, chipotle(i think thats what its called)

down south (Tri-Cities, TN and SW VA) there is a place called PAL'S SUDDEN SERVICE. This is the first ever American Fast Food restaurant. They introduced the Drive through in the drive through in the early 50's. They have great burgers. The only other burger that I think comes close is Hardee's Thickburgers.

My favorite used to McDonald's, i still love it...

But my Numero 1 now is Carl's Jr.. i love their burgers and everything on the Green Burrito menu..

I stopped liking Burger King, since i saw Eminem spitting on its food on one of his videos.. it might sound lame, but is just the way i feel...

Rally's!  I can't get enough of their Spicy Chicken sandwich and those fries are TO DIE FOR!  I LOVE THEM!  LoL.  But off of the 4 you listed, I would say Wendy's.  I love their Chicken sandwich and fries.  I especially love dipping the fries in a frosty...sweet and salty!
