  1. I tottally agree with the rest, i am currently 17 years old:)...and i suffered from SEVERE eczema since i was 5 and all i use to do was get stressed when it flared up then what did that do?? just make it worse. Then one day i thought let me try for a month to eat healthily and drink LOTSSS of water..i use to drink 2L a day and not so much fruit as it can be expensive but basically tried my best and i must say it helped so much...my eczema is tottally gone i got NOTHING left...my skin is fine...sometimes it gets dry..still...but then i drink alot of water and use cream...and it helps.beleive me it really helps and im not saying WATER cured my eczema but it helped so much...and it's exactly the same for acne..as my friend has acne and tried exactly the same things...and in terms of cream i would suggest E45....if you want to go for more expensive THE BEST CREAM EVER I SWEAR...is premier dead sea moisture complex....or you can use proactive...i wish you all the best...hope i helped...and whatever happens just dont stresss because that is the worse thing you can do 4 ur skin...

  2. A balanced diet is always important, but what you need the most is water! Drinking at least 8 glasses a day clarifies your skin.

  3. I'm an acne treatment expert and I must say Acne Free in 3 Days really seems to be one of the most respectable treatment on the market right now.

One of my readers found so much success with the program that he wrote this full review.

  4. I don't think food has anything to do with dry skin and acne, go to the doctors :) they'll give you cream for your dry skin and tablets for your acne. . .

    good luck x

  5. Your food consumption doesn't affect any pimples and acne. You should however eat more hydrating foods like fruit, vegtables and drink plenty of water. This will increase moisture levels in your skin and pores resulting in much fresher, healthier looking skin. If you went to your local GP they'd advise moisturising your skin and would give recommendations, i personally use nivea (have suffered from acne for 6years). If after trying to eat more healthy and mosturising your acne is severe? you can be prescribed oinments from your GP (like i've been) and maybe even Hormonal pills.

Just improve your diet a little bit and moisturize.

  6. Your skin is dry because you lack water. You need lots of fruits, veggies and water!!

this will clear your skin, tone your body, fix your mood and re-hydrate your body starting from the inside.

For those that keep saying "diet has nothing to do with pimples" you are very uneducated and giving very bad advice. I owned a spa for 7 years not to mention im currently working in a supplement and nutritional distribution with natropathy doctors and food has EVERYTHING to do with acne. Eat sugar for 3 days straight and pizza and see what happens to your face, nevermind your body.

  7. Mushrooms are really good for your skin. (obviously you eat them) And you should see improvements in a few weeks.

  8. drink water eat salmon celebs do it all the time as they wear lots of make up and there skin dries out.

  9. Plenty and plenty of water.

I know it's dull and boring and predictable, but it honestly works and it's not expensive.

I had mild acne in my teens, and have dry skin now. Unfortunately there is no miracle cure or cream you can buy the only sure fire thing that has ever worked for me is drinking lots of water.

  10. WATER!

  11. loads + loads of water to cure your dry skin. it honestly does work - my skin used to be sooo dry before i got braces & when i got them i basically drank nothing but water & i find my skin is so much more smoother, plumper, etc. for the acne.. try some spot treating products: neutrogena, clean & clear, (Boots) teatree & witchhazel, etc. you can get most of them from Boots, Superdrug & probably local pharmacy.

    hope this helps (:
