I suppose Old Kallang Airport Food Centre. A variety of food and tastes delicious. Packed at Lunch and dinner time

The best hawker food stalls invariably are found in open air hawker centres such as the Old Airport Rd, Golden Shoe Multi-Storey, coffee shops along Geylang Rd and Joo Chiat Rd, to name a few. Somehow, food sold at air-conditioned food court all tastes the same and are not worth the money because the price that you pay goes mostly to the stall rental and therefore the food quality is compromised. Newton Food Centre caters to tourists. The food there is expensive and average and is nothing compared to some of our authentic hawker stalls.

Zion road hawker center, easy to park at Great World City and just walk across the street.  Tiong Bahru also very good.  Best hawker food is in the "heartlands" as a general rule.

You can tried out the Marine Parade Food Centre near Parkway Parade Shopping Centre. There are a few popular hawker food stalls like Fish Soup/Fish Head beehoon, Apollo Char Kway Tiao, Tau huay and many more goodies...

Or along the East Coast road, there are also a few kopitiam selling good hawker food like Char Siu Wanton Mee, Katong Laksa and Hakka Yong Tau Foo.

newton cirus food taste like c**p! it only attracts the tourist for crappy food. they think that is authentic asian food but nooooooooooooooo. peopl who say food are good there pretty much lost their taste.
