A Pizza Hut that also has buffet. I really liked the one at Jalan Jelita. Not sure if its still there...

cafe cartel is good. and even it's usual/adults menu is pretty child friendly. dunt noe all locations but noe they have ones at plaza singapura, junction 8, hougang mall & serangoon gardens.

i do agree too that swensens is quite fun for the kids.

Try Changi Village Hotel... They are quite children friendly

Try Black Angus Steakhouse (Orchard Parade Hotel / One Fullerton)

Besides Kid's Menu, they provide free Balloons, coloring booklets for kids too. Furthermore, this halloween (@ their Orchard Parade Hotel Outlet), there will be performances, pumpkin carving contest and candies for kids there too.
