Best land line telephones?

who makes the best land line, cordless, telephone with answering machine and extra handsets, features caller ID and best overal quality for US

best land phone has to be the old AT&T 500(pulse) 2500(DTMF), indestructable!! but if you require built into the phone SS7 features, then Panasonic KX-T series is the next best.

One of the best phones on the market right now are the Panasonic DECT 6.0!!!  I don't care what they say!! It has the longest battery-life......and that counts for something in my book, since one cost 20 bucks!

Panasonic.....hands down!  I have had mine for four years and haven't had to replace the battery.  It has an easy to use menu and several different ring tones.  It also has a phone book.  Check out Panasonic.

Panisonic!  I have one with two handsets and I know someone with three.  I love mine.
