Hello,

I am very fair skinned and definately want to protect myself from the hot Texas sun. As I am outside a lot I apply 30 spf about four times a day. I always like to mosturise after a shower but it seems like I am have too much on my face when we add that to sunblock.

Is there a good, high spf (like 50 and above?) all in one productout there that I could use?

Cheers :)

  1. Yeah there is!!! I wud recommend Nivea, they have a lot of products and u can select from there.

  2. I'm not sure if it's true, but I've been told that the American SPF is different from UK SPF - I'm only familiar with UK SPF.

(American SPF numbers are double European SPF numbers: http://www2.netdoctor.co.uk/health_advic...

I'm a redhead who suffers from eczema which gets worse in the sun. Before going to Turkey on holiday (temperatures of 43C) I went to my doctor for advice. He told me that if you go above SPF 30 there's little difference and not to waste my money buying SPF 60. I took his advice and used Decleor Aromasun Anti Wrinkle Cream SPF 30 and it worked really well. It's also a fantastic moisturising cream. It didn't upset my skin.

There is a sunblock which you apply once a day called Riemann but I've never used it. It's not specifically for the face either so it might be a bit 'cloggy' under makeup. On a different note, Clinique do a handy little stick for eyes and lips which is fragrance free and SPF 30.
