Best nose plugs for swimming?

Hi

I have a history of bad nose bleeds due to my grandfather's von Willebrand Disease. My nosebleeds typically erupt when swimming in the pool. What would you consider the best nose gaurds/plugs for someone swimming as exercise (say freestyle)?
