Hey im gettin a punchbag soon and i just wanna know whats the best?

Don't wanna spend too much, bare that in mind.

all punching bags are good...my dad has and red one that hangs from the ceiling by a chain...that one is really good i dont no what its called but i just gave you the description but i dont use that thing i use my brothers...lol

I have a BBE punchbag, its relatively cheap, good quality and its got some weight to it which is key to training, its blue and red, got it zonks ago but im sure it wont be hard to find.

A classic canvas Everlast bag will take all the punishment you give it and, best yet, it is inexpensive. Stay away from their "Never-tear" bag.
