Best quality camera?

what is the best camera out there.

i have a 7.2 mp but i want the magazine picture quality.

like the photographers.

but i dont want to spend a lot of money on it,]$100-250?

the magazine could use a nikon d3 or a canon mark 3 or they can use even more expensive cameras such as hasselblad which are like 30 grand

If you want the quality like in magazines you will spend more than 250. They use DSLR's and they start about 499.

I have a Panasonic FZ-18 that is pretty good and around 250.

Try to get a second-hand Nikon D40 on ebay.
