I want to buy a road bike, by budget is within $400.00 also please suggest a place / retailer.

  2. Good luck on that one. Try ebay. But don't expect much for that price...

  3. Try bicycle bananas , you may get 3 - 4 years old new bike , you must pay shiping & handling .

  4. Most road bikes start at 650 but Giant Bicycles makes a flat bar road bike called the FCR that is basically just a road bike with a different handlebar and shifting.

    The website price is a "average" usually it is lower then that...so for this bike you'd be looking at about 480.
